This guacamole is silky smooth and creamy, and it's a definite winner. When entertaining guests, it's great as a snack or an entree (who doesn't like delicious guac?) If you're looking for something a little more substantial, spread it on bread for one of the greatest smashed avocados you'll ever have. There's something about blending it that elevates it to another level. It makes it even creamier and more decadent!
Feel free to get creative with add-ins to make it more interesting... You name it: chili flakes, sumac, turmeric... This creamy guacamole is best served with chopped tomatoes, fresh chiles, and coriander.
- Hass Avocados, 4
- Lime Juice, 1/4 cup
- Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
- Salt, 1/2 tsp
- Small Red Chili, 1 (chopped, to garnish)
- Tomato, 1 (finely chopped, to garnish)
- Coriander Leaves, a small bunch (to garnish)
Combine avocado, lime juice, salt and olive oil in a blender, blend until smooth.
Transfer into your favourite bowl and top with finely chopped tomatoes, chili, coriander and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Serve with corn chips or spread on toast. Enjoy!
