Gluten-Free Banana Pancakes Made Easy

This recipe of healthy and fluffy pancakes is naturally free from gluten, dairy, and sugar. Prepare yourself for a simple yet incredible treat!
These pancakes work as a great breakfast meal after your workout. They are rich in healthy carbs and 12g protein per serving.

Ingredients

2 Ripe bananas
2 Eggs
½ cup Unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 ½ cup Rolled oats (Gluten-free)
2 tspBaking powder
½ tsp Ground cinnamon
¼ tsp Salt
Olive oil – cooking purpose

Instructions

• In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and mix on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until totally. Allow the batter to rest in the blender while you prepare your pan.

• Place a pan over medium heat and lightly grease with coconut oil, vegan butter, or olive oil. Once the pan is heated, pour 1/3 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake and cook for 2 minutes, or until the pancakes are somewhat puffy and a few bubbles appear around the edges.

• Flip the cakes and cook until the undersides are golden brown. If you see that your pancakes are browning too rapidly, reduce the heat. To avoid burning the pancakes, start on medium heat and then reduce to medium-low later. If your griddle starts to smoke at any time, it's because it's too hot.

• Wipe out the skillet and continue with the remaining batter and additional oil. This recipe makes a total of 9 pancakes. Serves 3 people with 3 pancakes each.
