Banana Strawberry Ice cream with Nrich Bar


Ingredients

3 banana, frozen
1 cup blueberries
1 Nrich by NBARS (coconut, pineapple, white sesame)
1/4 cup strawberry milk, or any milk you desire

Preparation

When the bananas are fully frozen cut them into little pieces, add them to a food processor and blend them until they become smooth & soft. Add strawberry milk and blend. Serve in a cone or a bowl. Add blueberries and Nrich chunks as toppings. Ndulge & Njoy!

Mango Ice cream with Native Bar

Ingredients

1 mango, peeled & frozen
1/4 cup milk
50g blueberries
1 Native by NBARS (cashew, fig, pumpkin seeds)

Preparation

When the mango is fully frozen cut them into little pieces, add them to a food processor and blend them until they become smooth & soft. Add milk and blend. Serve in a cone or a bowl. Add blueberries and Native chunks as toppings. Ndulge & Njoy!

Raisin Cookies with Nchant Bars

Ingredients

1 cup white flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 brown or coconut sugar
2 tablespoon milk, any desirable milk
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup raisins, soaked in warm water and drained
2 Nchant by NBARS (brazil nut, banana, golden linseeds)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix them until you achieve a desirable cookie-dough texture. Add extra 2 tablespoon of milk if needed. Chill the dough for about 2 hours. Form dough balls and places on a baking sheet on top of a baking tray. Leave enough room between each cookie for them to spread during baking. Bake for 10 minutes (180C) on the center rack. Let them cool on the tray after you take them out for 10 minutes. If the cookies didn’t spread enough, just press them down with a spoon right after you take them out of the oven. Njoy!

Beetroot Buckwheat Rolls with Native Bar


Ingredients

Galetter
150g buckwheat flour
400ml water
Salt & Pepper

Beetroot Spread
1 medium beetroot, chopped & roasted
1 tablespoon yogurt
2 garlic cloves
Salt & pepper
1 Native by NBARS (cashew, fig, pumpkin seeds)

Preparation

To make galetter, mix galetter's ingredients into a batter. Cook on a medium heated pan for 2 min on each side. Add the beets to a food processor, add yogurt, salt, pepper, garlic and bled until smooth. Spread the beetroot spread on the galetter and wrap it. Cut the wrap into tiny rolls (bite size) and top them with chunks of Native NBARS. Njoy!

Quinoa Strawberry Salad with Ndica Bar

Ingredients

4 tablespoon quinoa, cooked
1 cup fresh baby spinach
1 small cucumber, sliced thinly
60g feta cheese
4 fresh strawberries
1 Ndica by NBARS (almond, mango, chia seeds)

Preparation

Mix quinoa, baby spinach, cucumber, strawberries into a bowl. Top with chunks of feta cheese and Ndica bar. Drizzle small amount balsamic vinegar on top (optional). Njoy!
